Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6 1/2 to 7 cups of flour (bread will rise better if its not self-rising flour, unbleached or bread flour works best)
2 pkgs. yeast
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1 c. milk
1/4 c. cooking oil
2 eggs (or 1/2 cup Egg Beaters) at room temperature

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 2 1/2 cups of the flour, the yeast, sugar, and salt in very large bowl and stir together well.
In saucepan, heat water, milk and oil until warm but not hot (hot kills the yeast). Add to flour mixture. Add eggs. Blend on low speed until moistened. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed.
By hand, gradually add the remaining flour to create a firm dough. Cover lightly with greased (or lightly buttered) saran wrap or a kitchen towel in a warm place free from drafts. Let rise until doubled (up to 3 hours)
Punch down. Divide into 2 parts to make 2 loaves. Place in greased loaf pans. Cover with greased or buttered saran wrap and let rise again for 1-2 hours.
Preheat oven to 375. Remove saran wrap and place in oven. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
