1 sleeve of saltine crackers
1 Zucchini squash - medium size
2 Tomatoes - medium size
6 slices of Kraft American cheese
8 slices of bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large, shallow, square Corningware dish; crumble enough crackers to cover the bottom of dish. Slice zucchini squash to cover crackers. Slice tomatoes and layer over zucchini squash. Repeat layers of crackers, squash and tomatoes once more. Sprinkle with salt & pepper. Add slices of cheese and top with bacon slices. Cook at 350 for 45 minutes.
