1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup crushed pineapple (undrained)
3 eggs
1 tbs flour
1 cup coconut
3/4 stick butter
1 unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together sugar, pineapple, eggs, coconut & flour. Melt butter & combine. Pour into pie shell and bake @ 350 for about 60 minutes, until pie is firm and golden.
