2 packages cornbread mix
1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
1 can zesty tomatoes
1 can corn
1 cup grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cornbread mix according to the package directions and preheat the oven according to the packaging directions. Grease a 9x13 inch pan and pour cornbread mixture into the pan. Place in the oven for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, brown your ground beef; drain. Add the zesty tomatoes, corn, and seasonings to your liking. Add the meat mixture on top of the cornbread and put in the oven for another 10 minutes. Add cheese and enjoy!
