1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
butter
salt and pepper to taste
half-and-half or milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Put corn in shallow baking pan (shallow so you have a lot of crusty top). Dot with small chunks of butter all over top of corn and season well with salt and pepper. Pour on half-and-half so that it barely reaches the top of corn. Bake until golden brown and crusty on top and liquid is almost all absorbed, about 60-70 minutes.
