1 lb cubed veal & pork
1 onion, chopped
1 cup chopped celery
1 can bean sprouts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chow mein noodles, divided

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat. Add onion and celery and cook for a few minutes; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients, reserving a few chow mein noodles. Place in large casserole dish and sprinkle remaining chow mein noodles on top. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
