sliced potatoes
diced celery
diced onions
Salt to taste
sliced carrots
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans along with liquid
1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
1 can of tomato soup.

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9x13 baking dish and in layers add sliced potatoes to cover the bottom of the dish. Cover potatoes with the celery; cover the celery with the onions; sprinkle with salt to taste. Cover the onions with sliced carrots; cover the carrots with kidney beans along with their liquid. Cover the beans with the browned ground beef. Top with tomato soup. Cover dish with foil and bake at least 2 hours at 325º

Green beans may be substituted, however, you may want to cut back on liquid if green beans have a lot of liquid.
