1/4 cup water
12 oz. small carrots
1 T. honey
1/2 T. margarine
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium sauce pan combine all ingredients, stir well and bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until carrots are just tender (about 10 minutes). Uncover, cook over medium high heat until all liquid evaporates, or about 3 minutes.
