6 slices good quality sandwich bread
4 oz. (1 stick) butter, melted
3/4 cup chopped pimento-stuffed salad olives, well drained

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Trim crust from 3 sides of bread. Brush bread slices with melted butter. Place about 2 T. olives in center of each slice of bread. Role up bread with crust side in and secure with toothpick. Brush with more melted butter. Place twists on baking sheet and bake 5-6 minutes or until bread is crisp and golden brown.
