1 lb. minced beef
pinch of ginger
pinch of minced garlic
salt to taste
1 tsp. garam masala
4 potatoes
1 egg
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Pinch of turmeric powder
1/2 cup oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the minced beef with ginger, garlic, salt and garam masala powder until well done.
Boil the potatoes in water with turmeric powder until potatoes are completely cooked; strain it and mash the potatoes. Then mix the cooked minced beef and the mashed potatoes; put aside. Take one egg and beat it in a bowl and in another bowl put the bread crumbs. The minced beef and potatoes should be made into thin patties; dip them in egg and coat with bread crumbs. Finally, fry the patties in hot oil and when the patties turn light brown drain on a paper towel. Eat them with tomato ketchup and enjoy.
