The following recipe in not written in stone. Make adjustments to meet your tastes. Any ingredient can be changed EXCEPT the butter.

4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups pizza mix shredded cheese
2 cups taco/fiesta mix shredded cheese
2 cups Parmesan shredded cheese or Swiss
2 1/2 sticks butter
1 (8 oz.) jar diced pimientos
4 green onions sliced thinly
2 green chilis chopped finely (optional)
1 T. cayenne pepper (optional)
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp. basil

Directions:
Directions:
Ingredients should be at room temperature. Combine in a large bowl and mix with your hands squeezing butter to be sure it is incorporated and there are no lumps.

Cheese spread should be served at room temperature. There is no mayonnaise in the mix so no need to worry about spoilage at room temperature.
