2 cups flour
3 T. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter,cut in pieces
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Egg wash (1 egg yolk combined with 1 T. heavy cream)

In food processor bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt with a few short, on-off pulses. Add butter and process 30 seconds or until mixture is crumbly. Place in a medium bowl and add eggs, cream and Parmesan. Mix until just blended. On a lightly floured surface, pat dough out 3/4 inches thick and cut with a floured 2 inch biscuit cutter. Place on a lightly buttered baking sheet and brush wops with egg wash. Bake at 400º for 15-18 minutes (until tops are lightly brown)
