2-2 1/2 popcorn seeds- popped into approx. 48-52c
1/3 c. butter
1 c. brown surger
1/2c. Lily white corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, add other ingredients and bring to boil,
reduce heat to simmer for a few minutes until sugar is thoroughly dissolved. Keep on low heat to prevent cooling & hardening. Mix in samll batches or in large tub. Gently spoon about 1/4 cup caramel (if using large tub or less caramel if in smaller batches) over popcorn & toss quickly, but lightly to prevent crushing of popcorn and setting of caramel before coating evenly.

Note** Peanuts or almonds can be added to Caramel mixture before pouring over popcorn.
