3 C. sugar
3/4 C butter or margarine
2/3 C evaporated milk
7 oz. marshmallow creme1 (12 oz) pkg white chocolate chips
3 tsp orange flavoring
12 drops yellow food coloring
9 drops red food coloring
Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy saucepan over medium heat, cook sugar,butter and milk until boiling. Boil until mixture reaches the soft ball stage on a candy thermometer or about 5 min. Remove from heat; add marshmallow creme and chips. Mix well. Quickly measure 1 cup of the mixture out and set aside. To the remaining mixture, add orange flavoring and food colorings. Stir and put into a greased 9x13" pan. Stir white mixture until smooth and pour in pan on top of orange mixture. Swirl with a knife. Chill until set. Cut into squares.

(Don't have a thermometer? With a spoon, simply drizzle a couple of drops of the boiling liquid ino a small bowl of cool water. It ir forms a soft ball when youtouch it, it's done!) Tastes like the childhood treat.
