6 hard boiled eggs, finely chopped
3 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp finely chopped onion
salt & pepper to taste
1/4 tsp yellow mustard
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Mix together all ingredients. Drop by teaspoonful on parchment paper. Chill.
