6 to 8 oz cooked macaroni
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cans cream of celery soup
2 T worcestershire sauce
salt & pepper to taste
2 cups grated cheddar cheese, divided
1/2 cup water
1 T yellow mustard
crushed Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion, drain. Stir in cream of celery soup, worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper. Put half of macaroni in 2 quart casserole dish. Add half of meat mixture. Sprinkle with 1 cup cheddar cheese. Mix water and mustard, pour over cheese. Repeat a second layer of macaroni, meat and cheese. Top with crushed crackers. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes. (May be made ahead or frozen. Bake one hour if cold.)
