Ingredients:  
4 tbsp cocoa, 4 tbsp sugar, few grains salt, 1 c. hot water, 3 c. milk, 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cocoa, sugar and salt in top of double broiler. Add hot water slowly, stirring constantly and cook over direct heat for 3 mins. Add milk and stir. Place over boiling water in bottom of double broiler and cook slowly, stirring constantly, until milk is hot. Remove from heat and beat with a fork for one minute. Add vanilla and stir.
