1/2 cup rice, 1/4 tsp salt, 3 c. water, 1 lb. browned ground beef, 1 chopped onion, 2 c. tomato juice

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice, salt, and water until rice is tender. Add other ingredients and bring to boil. Turn down heat to low and cook slowly for one hour.
