4 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
10 marshmallows
1 c. crushed corn flakes
1 c. milk
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except marshmallows. Beat well. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Dot with marshmallows. Bake in 375º. oven for 50 minutes.
