1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. barbecue sauce 1 tbsp. chopped onions 1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 (8oz) refrigerated biscuits 3/4 c. cheddar cheese
Saute meat and onions. Drain. Stir in barbecue sauce and brown sugar. Place each biscuits in a greased muffin pan. Spoon mixture into each cup and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400º for 10 to 12 minutes.
