1 whole chicken, cut up
1 onion, diced
2 tsp. oregano
1 c. oil
1/2 c. polish pickle juice
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In round casserole dish, stack chicken. add onion, oregano and oil, pickle juice, salt and pepper. Refrigerate for a day mixing occasionally. Bake at 375 for 1 hour or until chicken is done.
