1 c. Crisco, 1/2 c. butter, 1 1/3 c. granulated sugar, 1 c. brown sugar, 4 eggs, 1 tbsp. vanilla, 1 tsp. lemon juice, 2 tsp. baking soda, 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 c. rolled oats, 3 c. flour, 2 12 oz. pkgs. chocolate chips, 2 c. chopped walnuts

Directions:

Beat crisco, butter, and sugars with mixer for five minutes. Beat in one egg at a time. Beat in vanilla and lemon juice. Add baking soda, salt, cinnamon, oats, and flour. Mix in chips and nuts. Use 1/4 cup of dough for each cookie. Bake 16-18 minutes at 350.
