1 lb. butter
1 lb. brown sugar packed
1 qt. vanilla bean ice cream (softened)
1 lb. powdered sugar
2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tbls. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together the butter and brown sugar. Mix in the ice cream. Then add the sugar, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Beat all ingredients together until smooth. Freeze the mix. Once frozen, heat 1 shot rum and a little water either in a microwave or on the stove. Then add one scoop of the frozen mixture to the hot rum and enjoy!
