1 stick margarine softened
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
6 red potatoes scrubbed and cut lengthwise
Pepper and salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix butter and soup mix. Then place the potatoes in a casserole dish, sprinkle them with salt and pepper. Add the mix on top to the potatoes, cover with tinfoil, and bake for one hour. Take the foil off and bake another 10 minutes.
