1 c. Wesson Oil
3 eggs, well beaten
3 c. diced fresh apples
3 c. sifted flour
2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º. Mix ingredients in order listed. Batter will be stiff. Pour into greased and floured tube pan and bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Insert toothpick. When it comes clean, the cake is done.
