2 1/2 c. sliced and peeled apples
1/2 c. white sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. lemon juice

Pie Crust:
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. shortening
5 tbsp. cold water

Mix dry ingredients together. Then add lemon juice to apples. Toss sliced apples into it. Put into pie shell. Then put top crust on and dab with butter. Bake at 425 for 40 to 45 minutes.
