1 lb. ground chuck browned
1 large onion chopped
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 cup potatoes chopped
1 8 oz. can diced tomatoes
1/4 cup oil or butter
salt & pepper to taste
2 tsp. chili powder or to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in a skillet, heat and saute onion, pepper, celery & potatoes until potatoes are half done. Add ground chuck, tomatoes and seasonings. Stir and simmer about 10 - 15 minutes or until potatoes are done. Can sprinkle shredded cheese over top.
