3/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup flour
1/2 lb. sliced swiss cheese
1/4 lb. sliced provolone cheese
1/4 lb. sliced cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Tear cheese into pieces and place in a bowl. Using approximately 1/4 cup flour or less, mix into cheese until lightly coated.
Heat wine (approximately 3/4 cup) until steaming. Slowly add cheese, stirring and adding until all cheese is melted. May need to add wine if too thick.
Dip bread cubes, apples, celery, carrots, broccoli or other vegetables.
