20 jalapenos
2 packages of cream cheese
40 strips of bacon
40 toothpicks

Directions:
Directions:
Wash jalapenos. Cut jalapenos in half and seed them. Fill halves with cream cheese. Wrap bacon around the cheese-filled jalapenos and place a toothpick all the way through to ensure that the Texas toothpicks do not fall apart while being cooked.
Flame kiss on the grill until bacon is crispy.

We always make these for parties, so that is why the recipe is rather large. Fill free to half it, or double it. :)
