1 c. corn oil
2 c. canned pumpkin
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. golden raisins
4 beaten eggs
2/3 c. water
3 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour 3 loaf pans. Mix corn oil, eggs, water and pumpkin. Add dry ingredients together, then add to wet ingredients. Then add raisins and nuts. Bake at 350. Stays moist for days. Bake for 1 hour or until straw of knife comes out clean. Serve warm. Topped with butter.
