2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
1 can cream of mushroom soup
12 oz. sour cream
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 stick butter
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together: put in a buttered dish and bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Can be topped with bread crumbs.
