2 c. cubed cooked chicken breast
2 T. freshly squeezed lemon juice
white pepper & salt to taste
2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise (no substitute)
1 small minced onion

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine chicken, celery, lemon juice, mayonnaise and onion. Stir to blend. Add pepper and salt. Mix thoroughly. Chill before serving.
