Ingredients:  
4 slices bread
4 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and sliced
4 slices cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
1 T chopped pimento

Directions:
Directions:
Toast the bread. Place in 9X9 baking dish. Arrange egg slices on toast. Top with cheese slices. Combine soup and pimento. Spoon over cheese. Bake at 450 until bubbly hot, about 20 minutes. Can be broiled a few minutes for golden brown color. Serves 4.
