1 c. butter softened
1/2 c. cornstarch
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. all purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter with mixer. Add dry ingredients to butter mixture and kneed until it cracks. Roll out to about 1/2 inch thickness and cut into diamond shapes or use a cookie cutter. Bake at 325º for 25 minutes or until slightly brown. Can be decorated with a dollop of icing and walnut on top.
