1 lb boneless chicken, cubed 1 packet taco seasoning 11 oz chunky salsa 1/2 cup peach preserves 1 to 2 T oil
Place chicken in plastic bag. Add taco seasoning and toss to coat. Brown chicken in oil. Combine salsa and preserves. Stir into chicken. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 2-3 minutes. Serves 4.
