8 oz penne pasta
14 oz spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup small curd cottage cheese
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
cooking spray
Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta and drain. Combine spaghetti sauce, milk, cottage cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Add pasta and toss. Spray 8" baking dish with cooking spray. Spread pasta mixture in dish. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan. Bake 30 minutes at 350º. Serves 4-6.
