1 lb ground smoked ham
1 lb ground lean pork
3 cups Wheaties** (or other wheat flakes)
2 eggs, beaten**
1 cup milk**
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well. Pack into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 8.

**For a firmer loaf, reduce cereal to 1 cup, use 1 egg and 1/3 cup milk.
