8 slices white bread
8 oz grated sharp cheddar cheese
4 eggs
2 cups milk
2 T butter, melted
paprika (optional)
seasoned salt (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs. Add milk and melted butter and beat again. Trim crusts off bread and cut into cubes. Stir bread and cheese into milk mixture. Pour into greased 1 3/4 qt casserole. If desired, sprinkle with a little paprika and seasoned salt. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove cover and bake 1 hour at 350º.
