1 lb ground beef
10 oz pkg frozen peas, thawed
2 cups finely sliced celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 T milk or cream
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup crushed cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain ground beef. Place in 1 1/2 qt casserole dish. Arrange thawed peas on meat and cover with sliced celery. Mix soup, onion, salt, pepper and milk. Pour over celery. Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top. Bake 30 minutes at 375. Serves 4.
