1/2c. margarine softened
1 1/4c. sugar
1/2 c. plain or lemon yogurt
2 egg whites
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tbl. grated lemon zest
2c. uncooked oats
1 tsp. baking powder

1/4c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients (except for powdered sugar) then cover and refrigerate for 1-3 hours. Take out and preheat oven to 375 degrees and pre-grease a sheet. Roll mix into 1 inch balls and flatten (to 1/8") each with a glass dipped in sugar. Bake 10 - 12 minutes. Cool for two minutes on wire racks and sift powdered sugar over the warm cookies.
