Cut up the following:
2 stalks rhubarb
1 peach
1 pear
1 apple
1c. huckleberry
(feel free to improvise with seasonal fruits)
1 pkg. dry jello
2c. mini marshmallows
1 pkg. yellow cake mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the cake batter according to package and set aside. Cut up fruit into bite size pieces and spread across bottom of 8x8" or 9x9" pan. Then sprinkle the dry jello mix on top. Add the marshmallows and follow with the cake mix on top. Bake cake according to time on the box.
