1-2 Tbsp olive oil
1 green onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
2 Tbsp bell pepper, chopped
2 T carrot, grated
2 eggs
1 cup milk
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 t onion powder
1 1/2 lbs ground chuck
3/4 lb ground pork
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup ketsup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Saute veggies in oil until tender.
Mix all ingredients together.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Spread 1/4 cup ketsup on top.
Bake an additional 60 minutes.
Let rest and slice.
