2 1/2 cups Bisquick
4 Tbsp cold butter, cut into small pieces
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
3/4 cup cold milk
1/4 t garlic powder
topping:
1 Tbsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp garlic salt
2 Tbsp melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Liberally grease a cookie sheet.
Put Bisquick and garlic powder into a large mixing bowl. Stir to combine. Cut in cold butter. Stir in grated cheese. Fold in cold milk. Using a large spoon, drop dough onto greased cookie sheet into 8 biscuits. Bake for 15-17 minutes. While baking, combine melted butter, garlic salt and parsley. Brush onto tops of biscuits right out of the oven.
