1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup white corn syrup
1 cup salted peanuts, without skins
1 tsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together sugar and corn syrup in 2 qt microwave bowl for 4 minutes. Add peanuts. Stir well, microwave on high for 4 minutes. Add butter and vanilla. Stir well, microwave on high 1 1/2 - 2 minutes (until brown). Add baking soda. Stir gently until light and foamy. Pour at once onto buttered cookie sheet. Cool 30-60 minutes.
