1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup uncooked long grain rice
1/4 cup uncooked orzo pasta
1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 T chopped fresh parsley
1/4 tsp dried marjoram
1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place a large skillet over medium heat. Melt butter, then saute rice, orzo, mushrooms and onion. Stir constantly until rice is lightly browned. Mix in chicken broth, parsley, marjoram and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover skillet and simmer 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
