8-10 strips of bacon 1 package wild rice with herbs 1-2 lb chicken pieces 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 soup can milk 1 7 oz can mushroom pieces (optional)
Preheat oven to 350º. Lay strips of bacon in bottom of 9X13 baking dish. Sprinkle uncooked rice over bacon strips. Place chicken pieces on the rice. Mix soups with milk and pour over chicken. Add mushrooms, if desired. Bake, uncovered, for two hours.
