Dressing: 1/3 c. sugar 2 tsp. celery seed 1 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 tsp. salt 1/3 c. white wine vinegar 1/2 c. olive oil 1/2 c. vegetable oil Salad: 8 c. mixed salad greens 1 large apple 1/3 c. crumbled blue cheese Sliced red onion Toasted walnuts
Mix dressing ingredients together and pour over salad.
