2 thick slices of bread
750g sausage mince
pinch of salt and pepper
water
1 onion
1/2 tsp of mixed herbs
packet of puff pastry sheets
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp of extra water

Directions:
Directions:
Remove crusts from bread and put bread into a bowl and cover with cold water let it stand for 10mins, then drain pressing out surplus water. Add soaked bread, sausage mince, grated onion, mixed herbs and salt and pepper together mixing well. Pipe onto pastry sheets making a roll then cut roll into desired sizes. Place on an oven tray glazing with egg yolk. Bake 210 for 5mins then reducing heat to 180 cooking for a further 10mins until cooked golden brown.
ENJOY with tomato sauce.
