Ingredients:  
1 T. butter
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs, separated
2 T. flour
3/4 c. milk
juice of 1 lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar, and salt.
Add egg yolks, flour, milk, and lemon juice
Last, add whites of eggs, beaten stiff.
Pour into unbaked pastry shell, bake in hot (425)
oven for about 5 min., then turn down heat to 350
for 30-35 min.(until custard thickens)
