Ingredients:  
Mix like a pie crust and pat on a cookie sheet in 2 long strips the following ingredients:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup of butter
1 Tbsp. hot water
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Bring following ingredients to a boil:
1 cup of water
1/2 cup butter
add 1 cup of flour as you remove from heat and stir until smooth.
Add 3 eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg.
Add 1 tsp.almond extract.
Spread this mixture over the two strips of dough.

Bake 55 or 60 minutes @ 350

When cooled, frost with 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 tbsp. butter, 1/2 tsp.almond extract. Add just enough cream to spread

( have eggs at room temp.when you start this)
